Lower El Attended Charlotte’s Web at IU South Bend
On Friday, October 10, the Lower Elementary students at The Montessori Academy Edison Lakes enjoyed a special outing to see Indiana University South Bend’s production of Charlotte’s Web. The children’s theatre adaptation, presented by the IUSB Theatre & Dance Department, offered a charming and memorable experience based on the beloved story of friendship, courage, and kindness.
The performance took place at Northside Hall Auditorium on the IUSB campus. Students departed from school in the morning, traveled to South Bend, and returned by mid-afternoon. During the show, the children were fully engaged as they followed Wilbur the pig, Charlotte the spider, and their barnyard friends through an unforgettable adventure.
It was a joyful day filled with learning, laughter, and appreciation for the arts. We are proud of our students for representing TMA with such grace and courtesy and grateful to IU South Bend for providing this enriching experience for our young learners.
