TMA’s Director of Human Resources and Director of Advancement attended a career fair at IU South Bend on October 28 and will participate in another at Ivy Tech on November 6. We have created internship positions to support marketing, events, database management, IT, and HR projects, helping us build even more momentum here at TMA. By strengthening connections with local colleges, we’re creating a steady talent pipeline to recruit the very best future team members.
As part of our commitment to best practices, we post all positions, even those currently filled, to attract and identify talented educators and staff for future opportunities.
